Most people I know are afraid of AI. Not because it is complicated, but because nobody has shown them what it actually does. Fear almost always comes from not knowing.
AI does not run marathons for you. It does not cook dinner or read books. But it can help you build a plan to start running, create a site to organize your recipes and shopping list, or turn a book into a learning experience designed exactly for how you think.
I do not see AI as a robot that will take my job. I see it as a tool that gives me back time. Time I used to spend on tasks I did not enjoy. Time I now spend on the things that actually matter: my family, my friends, the work I care about.
The more I use it, the faster I get. And the more I realize it is not hard. Once you knock down the wall of fear, it is actually fun. You have a tool that helps you, that you shape the way you want, that costs almost nothing, and that gets better the more you use it.
That is why I am sharing this. Not to talk about AI in the abstract. To show you, step by step, what you can actually do with it.
Starting today. Starting here.
