Built in 2 evenings.
What problem & for whom
For whom: PMs, developers and founders building a product without a designer.
Problem: Not a real problem. But every time you start a new project you end up making the same visual decisions from scratch, until everything looks inconsistent and nobody knows exactly why.
This: Drop in three brand colors and a typeface. The system generates the rest.
The iteration
I started with a single color input. Too generic to be actually useful. I switched to three because that's the minimum for a palette to have its own personality.
On mobile the native color picker was so basic it broke the whole experience. I built a custom one from scratch so it works the same on every device.
The last change was adding contextual examples: not just isolated components, but how they'd look in a real form, a data table, a navigation bar.
What AI could and couldn't do
Token generation and the three download formats worked well from the start. The layout took more work: the first version had too many screens and navigation felt confusing. It took several rounds to make it feel obvious.
Minimum viable effort
Three colors, one typeface, one click. What normally takes a week of scattered design decisions takes two minutes and gives consistency to any project without having to think about design every time.
